DNA Origami Nanostructures: Identification of Linked γδ TCR Sequences

The Current technologies for sequencing linked genes are expensive and time consuming. Most popular of these is Single Cell Sorting, a process that can cost around $100,000. DNA Origami nanostructures offer a rapid, cost-effective alternative to this problem, wherein both the γ and δ chains that compose a full T cell receptor (TCR) can be captured on one origami molecule. The two genes are then linked through a dual-primer RT/PCR reaction and sequenced as one single cDNA molecule
