Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
Registration is fully refundable until Dec. 18, 2025, at midnight (Arizona time). To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line Refund Request. After midnight on Dec. 18, 2025, you can no longer receive a refund, but you can transfer your registration to another person. To make a transfer, email [email protected] with the subject line Transfer.
Which airport is closest to ASU?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the closest and most convenient airport to the ASU Tempe campus.
How do I get from the airport to campus?
The ASU Tempe campus is about a 10-minute trip by car or an easy ride on the Valley Metro light rail. Taxis, private shuttles, Uber, Lyft, or Waymo, a self-driving car service that operates in parts of the Phoenix area, are also available.
Where do I park during the conference and how much does it cost?
The closest visitor parking to the Memorial Union (where main conference sessions will take place) is the Apache Boulevard Parking Structure. For current rates and a full list of options, visit the ASU Parking and Transit Services page.
Will there be shuttle services available?

What is the weather like in Tempe, AZ in May?
May in Tempe is typically warm and dry, with average daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-80s to low 90s (°F). Expect plenty of sunshine and low humidity, so dress comfortably and stay hydrated.
Will meals be provided?
Your registration includes the following meals and refreshments:

- Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks, and dinner on May 18

How will I know if my proposal has been accepted?
You will receive an email once your proposal has been accepted.
What technology and equipment will be available for presenters?
Standard audiovisual equipment will be provided in all session rooms, including a projector, screen, microphones, and a connection for laptops.
Will session recordings or presentation slides be available after the event?
Recordings will not be available.

I’m going on the Sedona excursion, what should I bring?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, swimwear including towel and swim shoes if you want to enjoy Slide Rock, sun protection, a reusable water bottle, portable phone charger if needed (you’ll be taking a lot of video and photos), snacks if you’d like, and spending money for lunch and shopping downtown.
How long is the trip from Tempe to Sedona?
The drive typically takes about two and a half hours each way, depending on traffic and weather.
