POSTER PRINTING: Barrett students are not required to pay for the printing of their project poster as long as the materials are submitted by the deadline (on or before Friday, March 30, 2018). Barrett Events covers the cost of the poster, which is an approximate cost of $30 for each poster. If you choose to go to an outside printer (Kinkos, etc. – cost is approximately $90). Due to high volume, the deadline to submit your poster to Barrett Events is ON or BEFORE Friday, MARCH 30th, 2018 so it is important to plan ahead. (Posters will not be printed after this deadline, no exceptions. Alternative options are available with other printers.)

POSTER FILE SUBMISSIONS: Accepted file formats include Powerpoint (.ppt, .pptx), InDesign (.indd), Acrobat (.pdf), Illustrator (.ai) or Photoshop (.psd). Please include your name in the file name. (Example: JSmith.ppt.)If the file is under 5MB, please submit electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the file is over 5MB, drop off files on a jump drive at the Barrett Events Office (Honors Hall 125) if no one is in the office please take your drive to the Barrett Front Desk in Sage Hall North. Deadline to submit is 5:00 pm on Friday, MARCH 30th, 2018.
ERRORS & REPRINTS: If for some reason you need to make changes to your poster after it is printed, you will be responsible for the $30 re-print fee. If you pick up your poster in advance (to use for another event) and damage it in the process, you will be responsible for the $30 re-print fee.
POSTER: You will not be picking up your own posters this semester, the posters will be pre-set for you on the day of the symposium. If you would like to look at your poster prior to the ceremony, you can stop by the Barrett Events Office HH 125. Please call Barrett Events at 480-965-0818 to confirm before stopping by, as the events office is usually -but not always- staffed.
