People experiencing houselessness are socially and politically excluded from the public sphere. On Wednesday, November 17th at 6pm and the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus, Barrett faculty member Rachel Fedock will sit down with Elizabeth Venable, Frank Urban, and Faith Kearns, organizers with the Fund for Empowerment, to discuss ways to build community resources for oppressed and marginalized people, via direct services, capacity-building training, and project support.
