Lewis Center – Arizona Real Estate & Land Use

Matthew Consalvo is the CEO of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS), a service that real estate agents use to sell clients’ homes and see what is currently on the market. Without the tool, agents would have to create their own systems for listing, which could create chaos. In this speaker series, Matthew will be discussing land use in Arizona, the process of real estate development, and generational changes/money trickle. Additionally, Matthew will be discussing his established Barrett scholarship and answer any questions related to it.
