T.W. Lewis Center for Personal Development Event
Audience:
Students

The purpose of this talk is to explore the connection between physics and wellbeing. The constructal law of physics states that every flow system (including you) has the current that flows and the landscape through which it flows. This law is life's design: the process through which life evolves. Understanding life's design offers a blueprint for growth, resilience and wellbeing.

Kimberly Kingsley is a flow teacher, writer and faculty member at Scottsdale Community College. She is the author of four books including, The Energy Cure: How to Recharge Your Life 30 Seconds at a Time. She is also an ASU alum and received her degree in communication and psychology.
