Barrett (Poly) Room Request Form

After signing in, please complete the below form in as much detail as possible. Classroom reservations must be received at least two business days before your requested event date.

Classroom Reservations

• Must be Barrett student or resident of Lantana Hall
• User is responsible for returning the space back to its original layout (e.g. placement of tables and chairs)
• User is responsible for disposing of trash, sanitizing all surfaces in the space, and erasing whiteboards
• If the event takes place after Barrett operating hours, a list of attendees must be provided to the Lantana Hall residential desk for check-in and check-out by the user

Conference Room & Enclave Reservations

• Spaces are available for reservations during business hours (8 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Fridays during the academic year)
• Must be a Barrett student
• User must return the space back to its original layout and must erase the whiteboard
• Reservee is responsible for sanitizing all surfaces in the space
