Project Description: 

We are interested in the use of DNA origami in modifying cancer immunotherapy and radiotherapy protocols. We design and construct different DNA structures and investigate their interactions with human immune systems. Lab techniques regularly employed include cell culture, varied cell viability assays, plasmid cloning, and immunological assays.
