Barrett Residential Community

The Barrett residential community in Lantana Hall is a supportive living and learning community. Barrett students live in the Barrett residential community for two years and many students choose to live all four years in the community. Students live close to the Barrett Suite and campus resources in order to network with other academically-focused students and to participate in events that support the academic experience and foster connections with peers, the university and the surrounding community.

Residential student leaders, called Hall Hosts, offer events such as game nights, field trips to the theater, arts and crafts events and other fun activities which bring first-year and upper division students together to strengthen the bonds of the honors community.

Barrett students live on Lantana Hall’s third and fourth floors. Residential floor plans include a double occupancy shared room with a shared bathroom and a four-bedroom unit featuring four single occupancy rooms, a shared living space, two bathrooms and two additional sinks.
